The first: High output voltage

High output voltage generally comes from the voltage regulator sampling and voltage control circuit. In the DC output, sampling resistance, error sampling amplifier such as TL431, Optocoupler, power control chips and other circuits together composed of closed control loops, any one of the parts problems will cause the output voltage rise.

Normal safety, no output voltage

Second type: Line fault

The third type: Insurance burns or blows up

The main inspection rectifier bridge, the diode, the switch tube and 300 volts on the large filter capacitor and other parts. Especially noteworthy is: because the switch tube breakdown causes the insurance to burn, usually will burn out the power control chip and the current detection resistance. Thermistors are also easily burned with insurance.

Fourth kind: Output voltage is too low

The following are the main reasons for the low output voltage:

4.1, the performance of the switch pipe, resulting in the switch tube can not be normal conduction, so that the internal resistance of the power increase, load capacity drop.

4.2, 300V filter capacitor poor, resulting in poor load capacity, a load output voltage will be reduced.

4.3, switching power supply load short-circuit fault (especially the DC/AC converter short circuit or poor performance, etc.), at this time, first disconnect the switching power supply circuit of all the load, check is the switching power supply circuit or the load circuit failure. If the load circuit is disconnected and the voltage output is normal, the load is too heavy; the switch power supply circuit is faulty.

4.4. Bad switching transformer not only causes the output voltage to drop, but also causes insufficient excitation of the switch tube to damage the switch tube.
